All wig orders come with free standard shipping within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing & Same-Day Shipping

Procesing can take 1-2 Business Days but can be longer during peak times.

Orders placed before 1 PM EST Tuesday-Thursday  usually ship the same day.

Siren ships using UPS and USPS.
The carrier is selected based on speed, safety, and your delivery address.

Signature Requirement

For added security, all orders over $49.99 require a signature at delivery.
This ensures your package is safely received by the correct person.

Insurance Protection

Every package shipped by Siren is fully insured for your protection.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information.
Siren is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
