Siren Wig Care Guide
Protect your investment
Washing and Conditioning
Treat her with the same love you give your natural hair.
-
Detangle ends to roots before washing.
- Washing every 1-2 weeks is preferred to keep the hair looking fresh and flowing effortlessly
-
Use cool to lukewarm water only.
-
Hang-dry to atleast 90% before blow drying.
Styling and Heat
Your Siren unit can handle heat, but she doesn’t need excessive heat to look good.
-
Use heat tools on 400 or lower. Closer to 300 for 613 hair to prevent color fading.
-
Always apply a heat protectant.
-
For curls or waves, allow them to cool before combing to maintain hold.
Lace Care
The lace is delicate, so be gentle when cleaning or removing adhesive.
-
Use an alcohol-based remover to dissolve glue without pulling or scraping.
-
Avoid scratching the lace with tools or nails.
Night Routine
How you store her affects how she looks next time you wear her.
-
If you don't have to sleep in your wig, don't.
-
Pin curls or use heatless rollers to maintain your curls without heat.
- Cover with a satin scarf and/or bonnet when sleeping in your wig.
-
Preferably, keep your unit on a wig stand or mannequin head.
-
Store away from heat, sunlight, or moisture.
